Woodfired Copper Spiral

Made of a special blend of clay specific for Wood firing this piece attracts the ash creating this classic wood fired effect. The special rough texture as well as the colour of this vase is created by the flow of the ash and flame making this a one of a kind piece especially when combined with the special copper glaze created by my father in the 80's.
